These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the pak95 platform, including the casino, sportsbook, live dealer games, crash games, and all related services. By registering an account or using any part of the pak95 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

pak95 is strictly an adult platform. You must be 21 years of age or older to register, deposit, and play. Age verification is mandatory during the KYC process and any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be closed immediately.
Each player may hold only one pak95 account at any time. Duplicate accounts are identified through identity verification checks. Operating multiple accounts may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of associated balances.
All pak95 bonuses and promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Full bonus terms are displayed at the time each offer is presented inside your account.
Players must use the pak95 platform for personal entertainment only. Any form of collusion, use of automated betting software, exploitation of software errors, or other fraudulent behaviour is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
All deposits and withdrawals on pak95 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and anti-money-laundering checks. pak95 reserves the right to request documentation before processing any withdrawal.

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:
Age Restriction: You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use pak95. This requirement is strictly enforced. Any Account found to have been opened by or used by a person under 21 will be closed without notice and any balance may be forfeited.
By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that:
pak95 reserves the right to request documentary proof of any of the above representations at any time, and to suspend or terminate an Account pending receipt of satisfactory documentation.
3.1Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on pak95. Opening or operating more than one Account — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pak95 may close all duplicate Accounts and withhold any associated balances pending investigation.
3.2Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and current information when registering your Account. Providing false or misleading information — including a false date of birth — is grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of funds.
3.3Account Security. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must not share your username or password with any other person. pak95 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
3.4KYC Verification. pak95 is required to verify the identity of all Players as part of its licensing obligations. You must provide valid government-issued identification and proof of address when requested. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.
Accepted KYC documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), Pakistani passport, or other government-issued photo ID accompanied by a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your address.
3.5Account Closure by Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting pak95 support via live chat. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard verification requirements.
4.1Supported Payment Methods. pak95 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and Cash OTC. Supported methods are displayed in the cashier section of your Account and may change from time to time.
4.2Currency. All transactions on pak95 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied by pak95; however, if your bank or payment provider applies a conversion, pak95 accepts no responsibility for resulting discrepancies.
4.3Minimum Deposits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. pak95 reserves the right to amend minimum amounts with reasonable notice.
4.4Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed during operational hours (8:00 am – midnight PKT). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued for the next available processing window. pak95 targets withdrawal processing within a 24-hour window for verified accounts, though delays may occur during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
4.5Anti-Money Laundering. pak95 operates in compliance with anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations. Withdrawal requests may be subject to enhanced scrutiny where transaction patterns indicate unusual activity. pak95 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of AML checks, and to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by its licensing obligations.
4.6Withdrawal to Originating Method. As a general principle, withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Where this is not technically possible, pak95 support will assist in identifying an appropriate alternative method following completion of KYC verification.
Important: pak95 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or your bank) may apply its own transaction fees. pak95 accepts no responsibility for third-party fees.
5.1General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards offered by pak95 are subject to these General Bonus Terms in addition to any specific terms displayed at the time the offer is presented.
5.2Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit applicable to each bonus are stated in the individual offer terms. Games may contribute differently to wagering requirements — for example, slots typically contribute 100% while table games may contribute at a lower rate.
5.3One Bonus at a Time. Only one bonus may be active in your Account at any given time unless the specific offer terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempting to stack multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in all associated bonus funds being voided.
5.4Abuse of Promotions. pak95 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close Accounts, where there is evidence that a Player has attempted to exploit, abuse, or circumvent any bonus offer. Indicators of bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: placing low-risk hedge bets to meet wagering requirements, opening duplicate Accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times, or coordinating with other players to meet wagering thresholds artificially.
5.5Expiry. Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.
5.6Withdrawal Before Wagering Completion. If you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement on active bonus funds, pak95 may deduct the outstanding bonus funds and any winnings attributed to those bonus funds from your withdrawal amount, leaving only the real-money balance available for withdrawal.
6.1Game Rules. Each game available on pak95 is governed by its individual rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where a specific game rule expressly overrides a general provision.
6.2Malfunctions. pak95 uses certified random number generation (RNG) software supplied by licensed third-party providers. In the event of a system malfunction, technical error, or software fault that affects the outcome of a game or a bet, pak95 reserves the right to void the relevant round and refund the stake to the Player's Account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
6.3Sportsbook Bets. All sports betting markets are subject to the pak95 Sports Betting Rules, which govern settlement procedures, void conditions, postponement handling, and in-play bet acceptance. Players are advised to review these rules within the sportsbook section before placing bets.
6.4Disconnection. If a Player is disconnected from the Platform during a game round, any bet already placed will be settled according to the game's normal rules as if the round had continued to completion. pak95 accepts no liability for losses caused by a Player's internet connection issues.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pak95 platform. Engaging in any of the activities below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
Zero Tolerance: pak95 employs automated fraud detection systems that monitor gameplay patterns, betting behaviour, and transaction activity in real time. Suspicious activity is reviewed by the pak95 security team and may result in immediate Account restriction pending investigation.
8.1 pak95 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help players maintain control of their gaming activity. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment — it should never be treated as a source of income or a method to resolve financial difficulties.
8.2 pak95 provides the following responsible gaming tools within all Player Accounts:
8.3 If you believe your gambling is becoming problematic, pak95 strongly encourages you to contact support and activate a self-exclusion immediately. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and, once activated, cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

Your use of the pak95 Platform is also governed by the pak95 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy sets out in full how pak95 collects, stores, processes, and shares your personal data. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy carefully before registering.
pak95 applies SSL/TLS encryption to all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Personal data is stored on secured servers and is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensing authorities, payment processors, and fraud prevention services as required by pak95's operational and legal obligations.
All content on the pak95 Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, audio, and video — is the property of pak95 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or in any way exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of pak95. Any unauthorised use of pak95 intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak95 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity.
11.2 pak95's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 pak95 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pak95 reserves the right to suspend the Platform for maintenance, upgrades, or emergency repairs at any time without notice.
11.4 pak95 is not responsible for any losses arising from a Player's failure to understand the rules of a game, the terms of a promotion, or the mechanics of a sports betting market.
12.1 pak95 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where there is reasonable suspicion or evidence of: breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; money laundering; use of the Account by an underage player; or any conduct that pak95 reasonably considers to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other players.
12.2 Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, pak95 may withhold or forfeit any balance remaining in the Account, including both real-money funds and bonus funds, as a remedy for the breach.
12.3 Where an Account is closed for operational or commercial reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
13.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak95 holds its international gaming licence. Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction.
13.2 In the event of a dispute between a Player and pak95, the Player should first contact pak95 support via live chat and attempt to resolve the matter informally. pak95 commits to responding to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution process established by pak95's licensing authority. Details of the applicable process are available on request from pak95 support.
pak95 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, pak95 will provide reasonable notice to Players via a notice displayed on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect.
